Mr. Pinnix did not follow thru with his committment at all. I also have a contract that says if he did not do what he promised, in a timely fashion, he would return 1/2 of the $1,500.00 cash given him. I have a receipt and contract for every thing. When I tried to contact him, about dealing with the mortgage company like he promised in his letter soliciting my busness, everything was disconneted and there were no further contact with him.
