I ordered a part from autopartswarehouse.com and was informed by them that they did not have it in stock and would have it drop shipped to me.

I recieved the part and upon inspection I found the box was previously opened and re-taped closed. When I opened the box I found the hardware needed to install the part was missing.

I e-mailed autopartswarehouse.com about the shortage and the first reply I got from them was that they do not carry hardware and I should contact the manufacturer for the hardware. I replied to them stating I bought the part from your company so you should contact the manufacturer.

A day later I recieved a voicemail from autopartswarehouse.com saying they contacted the manufacturer and the hardware will be shipped the next day. This was 2 weeks ago. Still no hardware.

I sent another e-mail to autopartswarehouse.com and an e-mail to the manufacturer about this matter and after 2 days I haven't heard anything from either company.

Do Not Use this company!
