I have an auto loan with them - and have recently found out they reported (3) late payments on my credit reports. Unlike larger banks - Vantage Credit Union is not as proficient in modern technology such as a computer and still give you hand written receipts. This type of system is prone to human errors - such as including an incorrect date of payment on a receipt. I have been in contact with their collections department - and everyone in the department is very rude - and they read you a scripted message telling you to dispute the problem with the credit bureaus - yet they continue to verify the late payments to the creditors. This has caused me lots of frustration - but if I have to take them to court I will! I warn you... Do not choose this company for an auto loan.
