Mr. Berkshire first hired me to do maintenance work at a buliding he knew nothing about. He expected me to know that building in 7 days. When things were not going his way he began slamming down phones and cussing. Then he didn't care, and called me a liar on the phone when he was told that i fell in the company parking lot. All of this is recorded on a cell phone.
Then he had the nerve to tell myself and my wife that we were going to spend christmas in jail and we would see our family for christmas from behind bars. All because i had not returned the company phone and keys. He was told as soon as he paid me i would send them back to him. All he had to do was send me my check.
They refuse to send me my check because i still have the company property. They were told that they had to send the check first. Mr krauss made terrible gouges in my wifes yard when he went there to try and find me and tore out in her yard almost striking sapling trees she has planted. His business card was left in my wifes door. He still doesn't want to pay but he wants to have me and my wife arrested. If anyone is interested I have the recordings of mr krass butt harassing me and my wife and every phone call he and his wife made to my personal phone. These phone calls kept coming even after my wife told them not to call this number again. Now is that harrassment or what?
