I received a voicemail on my cell phone today from 1-415-484-6151 stating that me or my lawyer needed to contact them immediately. Since I was at work, and worried about the message I called my wife to have her call them, and see what it was concerning. She called the 1-415-484-6151 that was left for me to contact them back by. She stated she was calling on my behalf due to me being at work. The man told her to have me call them, and then hung up on her. She called them back to get the name of the business, and a woman answered my wife once again stated she was calling on my behalf. The lady told her to have me call back immediately they could not talk with her about the matter. My wife ask who they were and what it was concerning. The lady then preceded to tell her that I had applied for a loan and received it, and the loan was never repaid. My wife knew that was not right. My wife told he that was not right, and got hung up on.
I myself then received a call from the same number. It was the same lady my wife had spoken too. Then she preceded to tell me my wife was a bad person. She had recorded the conversation with my wife, and was going to have her arrested. She then hung up on me. I then called them back, and they refused to tell me what I owed, who I owed, who was suing me. They said they had a lawyer I needed to contact to find out all the information regarding the issue. They give the same number as before. I called and got the same people numerous times.
My wife looked the number up on google, found complaints on the number, so I let them know I had looked them up, and it was a scam to stop calling. Since then I have gotten numerous calls where no one will say anything from the same number. They have all of my information from my email, to my SSN!!! I am looking into filing a report with FBI, and I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau! I will get to the bottom of this. It is Harrassment, and a Scam so don't fall for any of there lies! File reports with anyone and everyone you can!!!
