My partner and I have also been ripped off by this fraudulent company. We were sold on the fact that all live lead mortgage calls would be generated through their television advertising that airs multiple times a week during the Who Wants To Be a Millionaire show. What a hoax? They have not and are not delivering what they promised.
They simply buy secondary list and call unexpecting borrowers and then transfer them over. This is NOT a warm lead. I consider a true warm lead as an interested borrower who called in response to their so-called many different advertising channels inquiring about mortgage lending not the other way around.
To make things even worse calls are often transferred with borrowers who have 5.5% rates and below. Everyone knows that a conventional 30 year fixed in this ever changing market is at about 6.3%. This is especially fustrating when the borrower tells us that they have no intention of pulling any cash out or making any home improvements. They simply want a rate/term deal with lower payments which is very hard to do when they don't want an interest only loan or an ARM loan. They don't ask the borrower for their existing rate even when they offer that as a filter in their web portal system. Lastly, they often transfer the call over as a "Good Credit" customer until we talk to them and find out that their credit is very poor. The manager, Beatrice Pinto told us that their system has certain defaults that we are just going to have to live with.
We purchased 25 calls and started our campaign October 10. It is now December 15 and we have only received 6 calls to date. They are simply keeping all the quality leads generated and sending them to their in house mortgage company.
Stay far away from this company. They will just take your money and run.
