This company professes to provide a superior list of available rental properties. It is nothing more than a glorified copy of the classified ads from the local papers.
If you are actively looking in the classified ads for a rental property, you will see nothing new from this company. I was very specific in my requirements before I paid for their service.
My questions were evaded with things like "We have hundreds of properties listed". Upon getting the report, there were 7 properties total that met the criteria I specifically asked about, all of which we had found prior and seen simply by looking in
the newspaper.
When I confronted the owner he lied and became defensive. He also would not refund the $50 fee. I asked him again nicely based on the shady nature of the Company's practices with regards to claiming things that simply were not true and the questionable nature of the transaction, if he would just refund us and be done and he again refused.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, which of course, the company never responded to. Go figure! Save your money and buy a Sunday paper for $1.50. This Company is the worst type, making cloudy claims of providing a superior service with no substance, evasive, and they prey upon individuals who may be in a crunch.
I disputed the charge from the CC Company and to date the BBB still has had no response. Steer clear!!!
