I registered online and clicked both rental referral and real estate rental referral service by mistake. I only need rental referral. They promised to reminburse $150 promptly for the real estate rental referral. But it never came true!!! I called hundreds of times but they blocked my calls! Finally I gave up but I thought it might be helpful to let other customers to know this case to be aware of this company. This is the worst service I have ever had. I also filed to BBB but the company still didn't respond. Since it never cared about its reputation, what can we expect from it?
