The "life-time" fee is not for a lifetime, but for one year. The commercial is misleading.
I opened a gift shop and ordered merchandise according to Customer Service advice. The merchandise I ordered was not enough to fill my "little" store.
Since I was going on the advice of a so-called seasoned Customer Service Rep, I was highly dissapointed in what I received. This would include: I had received 3 kits that were exactly the same thing, and I had repeatedly asked the "Rep" if these kits would be different and I was assured that they would be. Not only were they not different, but they were boring and not anything that people would want to buy.
I had to close my little business after being "downtown" for only 4 months. I had the best customers come in and the least amount of merchandise being sold. It was very discouraging and it left a bitter taste with me for this Company.
I now have boxes of the merchandise that I have been trying to sell in my Yard Sales. It is sad that I have to sell hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise for Pennies.
