I ordered merchandise from this company (Nomorerack). When I received the merchandise, (one dress and two tops) they were too small. I was told by the company to return the merchandise and I would receive a store credit. I returned the merchandise and two months later when I inquired about my credit, they started giving me the big run-around. Even though I supplied all the tracking numbers, ticket numbers and any other information they asked for; I was told they had not received the merchandise back but as soon as it was received they would issue a credit.
I have received six off-putting e-mails from various employees from their customer service "support " but no answer to my questions.
