CIC Credit Monitering
Failed to provide report & made unauthorized charges, no response, ripoff

I ordered complimentary credit reports online. These reports were never received by me. Since this time, May 20, CIC Credit Monitering has made monthly charges of $9.95 to my credit card.

I am unable to obtain proof that I authorized these charges and no one is ever willing to investigate and call me back. I have now asked my credit card company to remove all possible charges for these circumstances.
