I contacted Credit Diagnosis to order credit reports from the three major credit-reporting entities. I was unable to get assistance from them online and to phone them. They asked for sensitive information on the phone, which is illegal. They requested my SSN, for example. After being able to print out my credit reports, the next day I have three emails saying I will be charged a fee if I DON'T CANCEL. I did not authorize them to charge my card (s) for anything.
