On December 18, I ordered an aqua pillow from IGIA. Immediately, I was told there would be other materials sent which I could cancel with a toll-free call. I instantly refused, but was left with an uneasy feeling.
Consulting this site, I found pages of complaints against this company dating back years. I then tried to cancel the order.
I sent numerous e-mails which were never answered in any way. I called the " customer care " phone number and was either cut off or put on indefinite hold. This was done each time I called, and I called numerous times!
I called my bank and alerted them to this company. I could not block any credit card charge so far, and I will keep in touch with the bank as per advice.
I still do not have my pillow. I was never given a tracking number, as other reputable mail-order firms give, so I cannot trace this order. I am extremely concerned that they have my personal information and that I will not only not receive my pillow, but am in danger.
