To All Consumers,

My husband and I bought a spa from Funray spas in Denver. They have taken our money and cashed the $10,000.00 check, but never delivered the spa. We have the contract, and the cashed check dated Aug 4. We have tried repeatedly to reach them, but get a voice mail message saying mailbox is full. We have gone by both stores, but no one is around.

Funray told us that our spa was to be shipped on Oct. 1st or 2nd. We placed the order for a LA. Spa's Oasis2 and signed the contract on July 28, and they cashed the $10,000.00 check on August 4.

LA Spa's (Jerry Hyland) in California said that Funray has never placed our spa order with them. At his request, we sent him copies of the contract, and of the cashed checks. La spa is also trying to reach them, as Funray also owes them several thousands of dollars.

The owners of this company are also in high positions with several charities in Colorado. God only knows what they have stolen from them.

Please help us. We want either our money or our spa, and for them to have some accountability for the hardship they have caused. Now we are being told that Funray's owners have filed bankruptcy. They should not be allowed to screw as many people as they will by doing this. They stole a lot of peoples money by continuing to sell to customers (county and state fairs in Aug/ Sept) knowing they would not deliver. The owners should not be able to sleaze out of it by filing for bankruptcy.

We need help soon. Many of us have worked a long time to get our spa. For us it was a dream come true, and now look at that dream. These people have ruthlessly stolen not only our hard-earned money, but also our dream. We will never be able to afford a spa now. It just is not right that they do not have to deliver what we have paid for, even if it is out of their own pockets. After all, they took ours. We gave them what we owed in good faith, and they callously screwed us all, not just us.

Pls contact us and let us know what we can do. On Oct 4, Funray filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy (debt relief) and they do not deserve any, not after screwing their customers repeatedly.

Our spa was have been delivered, by the end of Sept at the latest, per the contract 4-6 weeks. That was before they filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 4, while continuing to cheat and lie to us. We want them held accountable for their actions, our $10,000.00, and the acknowledgment of the blatently callous disrespect to their customers.

Funray (&all aka's), Barton Beasley, (Father) and Jeremiah Beasley (Son) have cheated us all of money, and / or our dream spa. (The one that we designed.)
