We moved from OH to FL in Dec we canceled our Gas Service in Feb. Then when bills kept coming, we went on-line and tried to cancel service. NO RECORD of FEB Cancelation at their offices! Will NOT Cancel via Web and waited on hold for over 20 minutes (so I hung up!). The gas was shut off, and they are STILL Billing for recovery and usage! Rip off!
