I was contacted my dominion financail in mid november it regards to a mastercard with a credit line of no less than $5,000. All i had to do is pay a processing fee of $279. The money was taken out of my savings account on dec. 1st. It is now the 2nd of feb and i still have not recieved the card. I called customer service this morning and was hung up on several times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that one was not available and i needed to call back. I then called back and again, a supervisor was not available. I then said i did not want to do business with a company like this and wanted my money back. I was told i could not get my money back and wait for my pakage to arrive. I asked the person i was talking to on the phone what his name was for when i do get to talk to a supervisor and he told me his name was "money" and hung up on me again. I have seen there are several other reports like this and something needs to be done.
