I am so frustrated and upset right now - we (my husband and I) have filed complaints with our bank, New Dominion, Better Business Bureau, State of NC Bank Commission, etc. Our bank investigated the withdrawals from Mazumah and was very upset by this company, they have literally been playing with our bank account. But what really upset US is the fact that New Dominion Bank is 100% behind Mazumah with support - AND will not help and the NC Bank Commission is 100% behind New Dominion. This is the worst case of fraud!!!
Mazumah sent a letter to these companies stating that my husband authorized this withdrawal and basically - he must be doing things behind my back!!! They have all his information, IP address, birth place, etc. And they told both the NC and New Dominion that the information they have is proof he okayed this!!! Do you believe this Bull??? Plus the information they provided isn't even correct, but New Dominion and the State of NC believed them over us!!! Basically saying I am an irrate wife!!! If there is anything anyone can do - please help!!!
