I called AT&T to determine if I was getting their best rates for internet, cell phone, & home/long distance service. I was assured I was but I possible could cut my monthly charges if I called Ridley Telephone Co. Concerning a long distance calling card that I had ordered via the internet. I assured the helpful AT&T employee that not only do I not have a long distance card but did not order anything nor have I ever heard of Ridley Telephone Co. I called the 888 number on my AT&T bill. The person I reached assured me he only saw a charge for 2 months and would send me a refund. This call I made on 5/7/07. He gave me an e-mail address to request all my previous bills be reviewed and to state that I did not order any service from Ridley. I did so on that day (5-7-07)& so far have had no response. However, when I went through my past bills that I keep the charges of $15.25 went as far back as 12/05. Please advise as to what steps I shoud do next.
