Maritime Energy double charged for an oil filter ($200.00) ripoff

The homeowner paid $150.00 to clean the boiler room. Part of that $150.00 was to change the oil filter. The heater did not work most of the winter because the oil filter was clogged. When asked why the filter was not changed, he was told the technician could not find it.
