I too, have been scammed by these people. I tried calling them today, 11/22/02. No matter what extension or button I pushed, I always went back to the beginning of the phone message. All e-mails are returned undeliverable and there website does not exist anymore.
I have paid them over $10,000. My credit debit was over $17000 when I started and is now only $14000 after 2 years. I was told that my debit would be paid off in 4 years. Ofter enrolling in the program in 11, I was told that proposals would be sent out to all of my creditors. It wasn't until a year later that I found out, this was not done. Finally, the proposals went out, but they kept paying my creditors late, therefore I kept getting knocked off of their plan of low interest rates.
I would call Gibson to complain about the payments being late and they would tell my to call my creditors and have my due date moved to a later date. This was after I had done this 3 times before.
I would like to see a major lawsuit against these people. Does anyone know if anything has been started? Please let me and the others know.
