My husband got a phone call asking him if he wanted two free movies, all he had to do is pay the $5.00 shipping charge. He beed a credit card to pay for the shipping and handling, I gave them permission to debit my account for that 4.99 payment only! Any furture charges my husband would have to pay someother way. Then a month late they debited my account $24.98 and sent no movies. Then the next month they did the same thing.
I called my bank and they sugguseted going through GGW. No luck they refused to reverse the charges until I sent back the movies, that I never recieved. When I inquired how they can debit my account when my name isn't on ther account and my husband, s name isn't on mine the said as long as he had my information it was ok. They did stop billing me but won't refund me they money for the video's we never recieved. I filed a complaint with my bank and they said I had to take the matter up with GGW. Like they are going to help, what a rip off this company is.
