Exactly like Theresa from El Paso, TX and about the same time this company billed my SBC account for a collect call from Mexico that I DID NOT RECEIVE.
The charge was on my May bill. I called in May and was told to wait one to two billing cycles. I called in Aug. And was told to wait one more cycle. I called in Sept. And was told to wait one to two MORE billing cycles I ended up speaking to a supervisor (Alba, id #1044) and suposedly she issued the credit to SBS immediately after I was very direct about the fraudulent charges and the run around I was getting. We'll see!
They did tell me that they were located in Salt Lake Cit, Utah but I also cannot find anything else on this company except complaints simmilar to mine.
