I was billed in Nov. 2005 $16.72 for services I NEVER ordered! I called in and cancelled these phone services on Dec. 22. I called 1/19/06 to make sure they had cancelled and was told, yes, I had cancelled, but it would take 2-3 billing cycles to do a credit back to my Verizon phone bill. I informed them that since they were so fast in billing me without notifying me that their service was requested & not giving me a verbal chance to say, Hey, Wait, I never ordered this, then they better remove the charges as fast also. I informed them that I would not wait for 2-3 billing cycles; if they insisted on doing that, I would turn them into the Attorney General's Office here in Washington.
