Dissapeared without honoring store rebate ripoff

We had a contract for 1 year cell with Tmobile. Family plan 49.99 599.88 a year. We signed a contract that he will give a rebate 360.00 at the end of the year. For 2 phone. The contract is up. The store is gone without a trace as to the owner.

We called Tmobile and they won't do anything. The BBB and they cannot do anything without a current address.
