Est buy would not let me switch 3 cd set when package said Frank Sinatra gold hit's/the disk had only instrumential music/clerk said it had been opened and would not exchange or refund any money. I threw the cd's on the floor and told the clerk what she could do with them or in no uncertain terms where she could shove them. I am glad to find out the real best buy before I had made a mistake and bought a plasma T. V or some major purchase only to find no service and a warranty that should have been printed on toilet paper where it could be put to some use.
