I purchased a Serta Regard FM-Q mattress.By October the mattress was sagging under my body and it was difficult to sleep without getting a back ache. After 6 months of back and forth, Mattress Warehouse says that the mattress is no defective since it only sags when weight is place upon it. That's like saying that the air conditioning is fine since the home is only uncomfortable on warm days!
Serta has ignored my phone calls.
