Cingular wireless charges customers each time a key on the phonepad is touched. This practice allows rollover minutes to be used up very quickly.in essence each time the phone is accidentally touched (even one key) the phone processes it as a one minute phone call. This is unfair and unjust. Along with this customers are charged phone calls that do not connect. This is underhanded and buried in fineprint.
