I have been waiting for three weeks for 1-800-4-APHONE to connect my phone service. During the first three days they had the wrong address. Then they told me to wait another three days to connect the right address. Then when the third day came around they told me it was connected but at my house I had no dial-tone.
So after that I talked to the manager who told me I couldn't get my money back after I had waited over a week for my phone service to be connected. She then told me to let them troubleshoot my line and give them a call back later that day. I went back and fourth with them for about another week, their conclusion was that it was something wrong with my phone lines inside my house.
I then hired a technician to troubleshoot my line and he told me there was nothing wrong with my lines, I paid him $120. Then I contacted 1-800-4-APHONE and they gave me their usual response let me get a technician.
I have called them so much until I have spoke with everyone in their office and the managers there won't even talk to me. The only thing I wanted was my phone to be connected or my money back, either would have made me happy.
Please don't have anything to do with this company or you could end up like me.
