False advertisment, consumer fraud, wantagh, Wantagh New York

We received a flyer in the mail that looked like a check made out for $1200 towards a down payment on a vehicle from moore chevrolet in senatobia, ms. It had 2 scratch off cards on the inside. We won on the first: a 41 piece socket set. On the second one you had to scratch 9 blocks, 3 of which had to match. Our 3 had $1000 shopping spree at wal-mart. We had to reedem it at moore chevrolet, not wal-mart. We were then given a $2000 gift certificate from moore chevrolet to be used on the WOArewards website. If you don't have access to the internet you have to pay $5.00 for their catalog and there's no phone # on the certificate. We log onto the website and bad rip off comes up. There is no way to order anything. I hope you or someone else will look into this consumer fraud act.
