On May 15th I made an on-line order to RugInternational.com for two rugs for the amount of $85.00 with shipping, they took my money on the 16th of May out of my account. Since that date I have been trying to pry information out of them about my rugs, they have told me 3 times that they have shipped but will not provide tracking numbers, I have been told they are back ordered.
When I asked for a refund all e-mails stopped, I called there 24 hour customer care line, which no one answers (425) 643-2619. It has been over 3 months and no rugs or no refund. PLEASE be careful if you deal with RugInternational.com, their customer service SUCKS and you will probably get RIPPED off like I did...
