I ordered a designer rug from this company on 9/30. I checked on the status of my order on 11/30 and was told that the company was broken into and all of their rugs and computors were taken. I was asked to fax my copy of my order. I did so. On 12/11 I called to ask the status of my order and was told that the company was no longer in business and that I would have to file a consumer complaint and get in line in court action. I want my money back. This company is liable as I gave them $310.32 and it is not my problem that they work with a company that is not stable. It is their responsibility to refund my money.
