I received a bill from Premier Premium Communications for use of a pay-per-view service. The bill totaled $250. The phone charges to the UK totalled about $680, but the phone company took care of that. Nobody in my house had used such a service; however, we discovered during the time covered by the bill that our computer was dialing out on the phone line. I sent an email to Premier explaining this, and got a response that someone, perhaps a guest or minor, must have used the service. The tone of the response was threatening, asking that I indicate the method of payment, and that the bill will be in default if not received by the time indicated.
