One Call Communications On Behalf Of Navicomm, LTD ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

I recieved a bill from One Call Communications. This line billed is only used for my PC. The internet company I use, I only use local numbers. This bill is for Internet website use on 7-22-05 at 9:20 PM for 6 minutes totaling $14.25. I feel this is a bogus and fradulent bill.
