I have been a customer for about a year, which is more than enough time to see that these people don't know what the hell they are doing. I have only received about 4 bills since I have been with them, and all have shown unbelievable amounts of money that I supposedly owe. Their customer service is the worst, they take forever to answer your call, and if they do they hang up, or put you on hold forever and the line goes dead. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone since November, I have sent e-mails (supposedly it's the best way to get in touch with them). Give me a break, I have e-mailed these people so many times and I still have not received a response. I have contacted many consumer company and it's been suggested that the national consumer bureau be contacted in Washington D.C. I believe that there are enough people out there who have had trouble to get together and get these people. We all know that they are breaking laws and not following through with their part of the contracts. Please respond to this and together we can all begin a process. Sandra D in Chicago
