I don't have time to tell you everything I have been through with this company since agreeing to the cell phone offer I received in Nov. 2000 over the phone. Some great promo!
It has been nothing but a royal pain in the ass from day one. I have been billed incorrectly (over billed of course) from the start and every month I have had to spend hours trying to get customer crappy service to respond. Every month for the last year no lie!
More crap has occured but I don't have time to get into it all - just beware. They are the worst company in the telecommunications and cellular business... Period. I have had a cell phone since they first came out and never experienced any trouble with any company until MCI Worldcom Wireless.
