I placed an order with Radiocontrolledvehicle.com for a 1/10 scale Ford GT Remote Control Car that retailed for 66.99 on SALE on August 8th! It is now August 17th and I haven't received anything! I haven't received any e-mail confirmation for my order, no estimated arrival date for my product, and worst of all there is no way of getting in contact with anyone!
The website doesn't have a phone number to call, an e-mail address or a fax number, just a PO BOX address! They have a Customer service section to their website that allows you to submit any questions or comments, yet everytime I've tried to submit something an error occurs, even when I try it on different computers!
I've submitted my credit card information to these people... Whoever they may be and I quite frankly am not comfortable knowing that I may have given my information away to someone with alterior motives.
I've gone as far as contacting the partner websites that this site does business with and they give me the cold shoulder saying that all they can do is provide me with the address that is already listed on the website and that they can do no more!
I'm pissed off at these people because I was expecting this product by monday because I bougt accessories in conjunction with this item on another website that is based out of california as well and received my stuff in 3 days! Now I have accessories that are useless to me without the main product I expected to receive from what I thought was an honest website!
Wheres my stuff, What can I do to get it? Who do I contact? Hopefully this helps I've never had to do anything like this, but this is a load of crap and I want what I ordered!!!
