On January 30th I had a number of popups on my computer. Suddenly at 11:00 pm the computer went offline and redialed. I then noticed the icon looked different and noticed it was not my company.
I disconected. Then it began dialing on its own again at 12:32 AM while I was away from the computer. When I came back to it to shut down for the night I disconnected and ran a virus program.
That seemed to take care of it, but now after taking the charges off in March, they want payment in August? ONE CALL is so shoddy that I sat for 30 minutes on the phone and talked to no one!!!
