This is to report that integretel.com has not only once ripped me off, but are now trying to do it again! Only this time it's with a email discount network 1x setup fee! I was billed 2 times for voice mail i never ordered they said when i called it was done over the internet by a friend whom stayed with me i paid that $13.00 and some odd cents!
Now they gave me a $14.61 scredit for those charges i never ordered! I now have this bill thats dated for july 14th in the ammount of $14.24! ZI have on several attemps tryed to contact them by telephone all i ever get is this recording, to enter my telephone number so i do and it acts like i never entered the telephone number they billed!
I have never asked these people to set me up voice mail or e-mail or anything else as that mattersand, I'm so sick of them billing me for something i never ordered! There should be a law again'st them just doing thing to your account without personaly talking too you and getting permission first!
Like my friend she had know rights to have this service put on my telephone, neither did she agree to do it, she was online doing free surveys and someone offered free coupons for grocerys! I took care of that billing problem, but i should'nt have to go through this all the time!
I have heart Failure and i'm very sick and no matter who or what you are these people where it be verizon or integretel it's wrong and needs stopped now! Is there anything you can do too help me stop these people, i can't take this no more neither am i paying for something i did'nt do or order!
