Integretel charged me for Members Edge Voice Mail that I did not knowingly order. I didn't even know I had it until I got my SBC phone bill. When I called their number (it was listed on the SBC bill) they claimed I ordered it by clicking on a web page, even if I didn't know I ordered it, and refused to cancel the charges. They did agree to cancel the subscription from that point forward, and sent an email confirmation of that.
SBC agreed to send back the charges to Integretel and delete them from my SBC bill. SBC is also going to put a notification on my account to not accept any more charges from Integretel unless they have my approval.
SBC told me that Integretel may bill me independently.
Integretel is really a sleazy outfit, isn't it? I'm amazed at how many reports you have about them. If anyone knows how to make an official complaint about them, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
