De Grado Guarantee Is A Lie! Ripoff, lied, false guarantee, bad jewelry, bad counterfeit diamond, discolouration stone, Mandeville

My husband and I purchased counterfiet diamond rings from Orleans Jewelry with a guarantee that stated if it needed cleaning or discolourade they would replace the ring.

I have had to send the ring in to the store 5 times in 2 years to clean and improve the stone color. The guarantee is a total lie because they want you to pay for the cleaning although it should be of no cost.

Worse than that... The saleman stated the jewelry could be worn and used as a real diamond. Although supposedly set in 14k gold; the ring turned green and the stone cracked. I also had to spend 20 minutes any time I wore it cleaning it to make it look decent.

DONT BUY JEWLRY FROM ORLEANS JEWELRY! If you are strapped for cash you may as well spend the money and buy a real ring at (competitor's names deleted - see below) to avoid this mess. DO NOT BUY FROM ORLEANS JEWELS.
