I had a winning bid for a 14kt gold Diamond Nose Ring Stud Body Jewelry and purchased it. It stated in the advertisement that this is a real diamond not a cheap CZ - it is the real thing.
When I received it in the mail it looked like an earring. I took it to the Jewelry store and had it appraised. It was an earring with a CZ. Piercing Pros is still selling this item and I emailed them to inform them I had it appraised and it was a cz not a diamond and an earring not a nose ring stud.
