On i ordered $20 worth of merchandise, i tried to be patient and waited 2 weeks, since i didn't receive my order i decided to email them.
As days went by, i sent them a million emails regarding my order status, but they never answered. I called them, the didn't answer either, until i finally decided to file a complaint through Paypal, since i paid through it.
Since i tried to be patient for 30 days, it was too late, as Paypal informed me, to get a refund, so i kept calling them, and emailing them, i even email the press email, but nothing, they never answered. I do have proof of my complaint at Paypal, so there's no excuse.
Today, —10 months later— i decided to call again, and finally someone answered the phone. The guy that talked to me was extremely rude, and sarcastically told me to file a complaint through Paypal.
I told him i already did, and that now would be too late, his answer was "that's not my problem". He blamed me for waiting 10 months to call them for my refund. He ended hanging up the phone.
Now i just checked my order status on their site and this is what he just updated:
"Order Status: Cancelled
Order Notes: Customer claims package not received, 10 months after the fact!"
I hope somebody does something about it. Like shuttin down their shop, they're complete ripp-offs. Beware of this website.
