I ordered several items from this website and paid through PayPal. After a couple of weeks of waiting, I sent an e-mail to check the status of the order, I got no response. I waited a few days and sent another e-mail, and Renee Mitchell responded, "I apologize for the delay in responding. We were vandalized 2 weeks ago and could not enter our offices till today. We are looking up orders and as soon as we get files and order in order we will email you back with a status. I am sure it was shipped, but I need to get order infor for your order. We are offering 50% refunds on late orders, so I know you will be recieving that if you have not recieved your order." (This is copied directly from the e-mail). I never received my merchandise and never could get another response from Renee. I filed a claim through PayPal which was decided in my favor, but, of course, there were no funds in her account to recover.
I don't want anyone else to have a problem with this merchant. She offers good prices, but not suspiciously so, and then takes your money.
