The ladies at CC's are very nice, until you buy your gown. Then they make dealing with them very difficult. They do not allow brides to come in for fittings on the weekends, plus they tell you you will need to come in for 2 fittings, when for me it was actually 4 plus a try on.
The bridesmaid dress measurements all produced resulting dresses that were too big... 5 out of 5 were huge!
When the alterations of my dress were done ($274 worth for hem and bust to be taken in) it was sent up to me though it still had a hole in the butt where you could stick your entire hand in the dress. They insisted this was normal, even though you could see right into the behind of the dress. Plus a button popped off on first try on.
Shipping charges were charged for the bridesmaid dresses even when they were picked up... So with those charges and alterations the b-maids ended up paying about $240 for a dress that was $160.
When these problems were brought up, the employees teamed up and were condescending, making an already stressfull process all the worse.
