This memorial day weekend I moved from san jose cal. To las vegas nv. Getting the truck they were a day late because they sent me to a wrong location. The following day I show up to pick up the truck at the right location only to learn that derrick is the only one at the location that knows how to rent trucks and he does not show up untill 9:00 am. Now for the real reason for this report, I still continue to work in the san francisco area. Monday I am back at Cal, I discover Uhaul has double carged my credit card for $1247. This puts my account at -$750. I have checks out that need to clear still so I cash advance money into my checking account from two credit cards. I also notify Uhaul that tuesday of the misunderstanding.
Everyday I call uhaul and speak with candice at the san francisco mrkt company. She can't help me. Uhaul corporate tells me to call Fremont routing office at 510-656-6200. I call there and speak with Ruth on several occasions. Ruth can't help me without proof of these charges so I have branch manager at my commonwealth central credit union fax proof of double postings and also proof of credit card cash advances to cover checks.
