2612 ripoff, payment went to a different account, liars and rude customer care

They applied payment to a different account and looks like no one is able to fix their mistakes, I talked, faxed over proofs.

Requested information about the main Corporate office, "no one has information or phone numbers" If they can't fix they put you on hold or hang-up on you, their customer service desk are so rude and scream at me, I requested on several ocasions with your staff an payment account history and they said we will charge you for that... Is an extra service...

I have been trying to take care of this matter for the last 3 weeks and every time I called they have no notes on the account or the person does not work for the company anymore. "they said"
