Non-delivery, no response on customer svc. Line, ignored emails Ripoff

Assigned order number by Pill Value. Sent Western Union money order on 04/12/05 to Jive Network (aptly named).
Heard nothing since then. No replies to emails. Customer service line is non-human and I never got to talk to one ("all agents are busy"...)

I called FedEx, who told me that a package had reached their center, but then PillValue requested its return.
Is this guy being prosecuted, or just "shut down"?
