I don't even know where to start! I am so MAD!!! I have talked to alot of people. We rented a truck from U-Haul on Macarthur Blvd., 15 minutes from where I lived in Arlington. We drove to Arlington to pack my belongings, and then drove to Rockwall where I unpacked my things. We left Rockwall and took the truck back that night and dropped the keys in the drop box. We got a bill the next day of $441 dollars that was charged to my boyfriends bank account. U-Haul said that we drove 518 miles. I ask me how is that reasonable to drive that far and bring the truck back to your location the same NIGHT! I am willing to pay for the milage we used which was like 80, but not 518. I have talked to so many people have have got no where. U-Haul wont refund our money, they said we drove those miles and we have to pay for it. We have mapquest documents we have showed them. We have 2 wittness that followed us to help us unpack, and not to mention proof of where I lived and where I moved to. If someone can help please do!!!
