A tuxedo was rented by my friend, Donnell Borum. It was for attending his sister's wedding which, of course, is a very important day for the family. He went to pick up the tuxedo and it had a very visible stain on it.
When asked about partial refund of the down payment which was $30. Stain was there before he took possession of it. Even the store assistant tried putting putting a stain-remover pen on it but it was still noticeable.
I feel that he shoud have at least gotten a portion of his money back since they could not get another coat with it being a day or two before the wedding. The clerk refused a partial refund. Lousy customer satisfaction!!!
