I left this company because the President told me not to hire black people. I would not continue working at this company based on the President's continued practice of judging people based on their race, color and religious preference and very simply, their "looks".
His policey was simple, if they (potential new-hires) do not look like him, believe what he believes, are black, are anything other than the "mainstream" (in his opinion) candidates for a manager postion "DO NOT HIRE THEM!
Burger Street Headquaters is in Dallas and has NEVER had a black person employed in their office. There are currently 21 positions in the "office". Burger Street, since 1981, has never, ever, had an African-American work in their "all-white" office. Check it out, no African-American has ever worked there.
This company is the most all-white, slap-in-the-face-to-blacks, company I have ever seen, that continues to do business in Dallas and Tulsa OK. How does this compny continue to operate in this sad manner? I have no clue.
Guess what... I am WHITE! I am sickened by this treatment of African-Americans.
Shame on Burger Street for their treatment of African-Americans, it makes me ill to no end.
